Prices & payment

Payment is made by invoice.

Refund policy

Because our work is creative and digital, all purchases are final once production or development has started. Refunds may only be considered if no work has started and a valid reason is given.

Partial refunds may be considered depending on how much work has already been done.

Revisions

Revisions are included only as stated in the agreement. Extra changes may incur additional costs.

Project timelines

Estimated timeframes are given during consultation. Delays can occur if client feedback is late, requirements change, or external technical factors affect the project.

We are not responsible for delays caused by client inactivity.

Confidentiality

All client information, media, strategies, and data are treated as confidential. We do not share or sell information to third parties without consent.

Portfolio rights

Unless otherwise agreed, TruePeak Digital reserves the right to show finished work in our portfolio, on social media, or in marketing materials.

Third-party tools

Some projects may require third-party integrations such as hosting, CMS, or analytics. TruePeak Digital is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or security issues tied to third-party platforms.

Liability

TruePeak Digital is not liable for lost revenue after delivery, malware or security issues caused by third-party tools, or incorrect use of deliverables by the client.

We do not guarantee specific business results, because outcomes are affected by external factors.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, delivering required materials on time, and responding to feedback requests within a reasonable time. If this does not happen, the project may be delayed.

Ending a project

Either party may end a project. Work completed before the end must be paid.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the latest version.
